Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled class are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before class are non-refundable. However, if notice is provided before the class begins, your registration may be transferred one time to another available class. No-shows are not eligible for a refund or transfer. Please arrive on time. Students who arrive too late to complete all required AHA course content and skills may need to reschedule and are not eligible for a refund. For blended-learning skills sessions, the required AHA online course must be completed before attending. Proof of completion is required. If Rescue Ratio CPR and Safety cancels a class, you may transfer your registration to another available date or receive a full refund.
